Delete your Arthiva account

You can delete your Arthiva account (by Arthiv Technologies) and all of its data at any time: instantly in the app under Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account, or by emailing contact.arthiva@arthiv.com from your account email if you don't have the app.

1. Delete your account in the app (fastest)

  • Open Arthiva and sign in.
  • Go to Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
  • Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

If you have Pro, cancel it in Google Play first (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email contact.arthiva@arthiv.com with the subject “Delete my Arthiva account”, sent from the Google account email you use in Arthiva. To protect you, we won't act on requests from a different email unless you can prove the account is yours.

We confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner. We'll email you when it's done.

3. Delete some data but keep your account

  • Delete individual transactions, categories or budgets from their screens in the app.
  • Delete an account (bank, card, wallet) that has no transactions from the Accounts tab, or archive a settled one.
  • Turn off AI features from the AI screen. This stops any further AI processing.
  • For anything else, email contact.arthiva@arthiv.com.

4. What is deleted and what is kept

Deletion can't be undone. If you want a copy of your data, export each account's history as CSV from the app before you delete.
